Custom orders

We welcome custom orders for either individual ornaments or sets. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. For a quote, please send us a message using the custom order inquiry form.

 

Is this a Gift?

Is your purchase a gift that you are shipping directly to someone? If so, please contact us at the time of purchase, and we will be glad to include a personalized card.

 

Returns/Refunds

While we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately using the contact us form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Items will be shipped via First Class USPS which is included in your purchase.
